Dubai Marina is an entirely man-made district. Dubai Marina was developed by Emaar Properties which is owned by the Government of Dubai. It is located around a 3.6 km man-made water channel and covers a total area of 50 million sq ft. More than 200 apartment towers will be home to 70,000 residents.  The district contains luxurious towers such as Al Majara, Al Sahab, The Torch , Infinity Tower, Princess Tower, Marina Terrace, Le Reve, and The Grosvenor House Hotel. Dubai Marina is bordered by Jumeirah Beach Residence and is located near to Emaar Business Park and Jebel Ali Free Zone.  Dubai Marina property has become a very popular residential location. Dubai Marina was one of the first freehold Dubai property developments where foreigners could buy property in Dubai.
